Good sleep, good learning, good life

Massive article on how important sleep is. Particularly interesting:

“do not wake up kids for school; if they cannot wake up in time, let them skip a class or two, or consider homeschooling”

As well as:

“exercise, learning, and sleep are your best tools for brain growth!”

I notice this the most playing the piano. When learning a new song, major progress is done overnight. I always play better the next day.
