Facebook has just purchased Foursquare competitor Gowalla for “an undisclosed sum,” according to CNN Money. According to a “source close to Gowalla,” much of the team will move into Facebook’s Palo Alto offices in order to focus on Facebooks’ upcoming Timeline feature.
